THE DESIGN PROJECT
We are using user-centric methods to co-design innovative solutions with teenagers.
The objective is to drive social innovation using methodologies and processes used in the industry. Our design approach is adapted to social goals and resources as well as to the "users" environment, life experience, and eco-system.
With co-creation workshops, participatory design, and project management by the youth for the youth we bring innovation with social impact for the youth.

It is the passion of our team in equity and freedom that bring us together.
In Kairos, young people are managing the projects. Business people are providing coaching, resources, and access to their network to enable the youth to tackle social issues that are impacting their generation.
Our unique combination in age, gender, and experiences in health, teens social work, psychology, management, marketing, and technology creates an amazing innovation power.
